CRANK CASE :
The crank case is of sturdy design, completely sealed and made out of special cast iron.
CROSS HEAD :
Larger bearing area full piston type, ensure accurate plunger alignment and also minimized side thrust and wear.
CONNECTING ROD'S :
Accrately machined crank shaft made of alloy steel.
CRANK SHAFT :
Heavy duty accurately machined crank shaft made of alloy steel.
LUBRICATION :
Lubrication of power end parts, bearings are done by splash lubrication system from reservior oil in the crank case.
BEARING :
High quality taper Bearings are used providing support to the crank shaft at both ends.
GLAND PACKING :
PTFE or Nitrile rubber.
PLUNGERS :
Hard Crome plated made of stainless steel materials.


HYDRAULIC PRESSURE RANGE: Up to 705 kg/cm2 (10,000 PSI)
Application: Hydraulic tested of pressure vessels, Gas Cylinders, Boilers, Valves, Pipes & Tubes, Casting,                   rubber hoses or any parts subjected to Hydraulic Pressure.

7. VIPH-700 for 500 kg/cm2 (7100 PSI) Testing: Having S.S 410 Body,Stainless steel piston, Heavy duty M.S Handle and Fulcrum with standard filtings, Mounted on M.S Fabricated Pail size 25 litres with base.
